We're looking for a skilled Forward Deployed Engineer to join our team. As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will be responsible for deploying and managing software solutions at the edge, leveraging machine learning and cloud technologies. You will work closely with our product and engineering teams to design, develop, and deploy scalable and secure software solutions that meet the needs of our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy software solutions at the edge using Python, Node.js, and machine learning algorithms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize software development projects.
- Develop and maintain high-quality software code, following best practices and industry standards.
- Work with our cloud infrastructure team to design and deploy scalable and secure cloud-based solutions using AWS.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks, and develop contingency plans to ensure business continuity.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on edge computing and machine learning.
- Strong understanding of cloud technologies, including AWS.
- Experience with Python, Node.js, and machine learning algorithms.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate technical risks.
