Key Responsibilities
- Act as a technical liaison between customers and internal teams

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical roles with customer-facing responsibilities
- Strong understanding of APIs, web services, and integration patterns
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and debugging tools
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
