Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of forward deployed engineers responsible for customer success and technical implementation
- Design and deliver complex technical solutions tailored to customer requirements and business objectives
- Act as primary technical liaison between customers and internal product/engineering teams
- Mentor and develop junior engineers while maintaining high technical standards
- Drive adoption of best practices in solution design and implementation across the team
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to identify and address customer needs
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering with 3+ years in technical leadership or solutions architecture
- Proven ability to design and implement end-to-end technical solutions for enterprise customers
- Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or Go with understanding of distributed systems
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and modern DevOps practices
