Key Responsibilities
- Deploy and manage customer-facing solutions in cloud environments
- Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to ensure smooth onboarding
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for clients
- Develop automation scripts for deployment workflows
- Provide technical guidance to customers and internal teams
- Monitor system performance and recommend optimizations
Requirements
- 5+ years in cloud infrastructure or DevOps
- Hands-on experience with AWS/GCP/Azure
- Strong scripting skills (Python/Bash)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines
