Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and communication of the UI/UX technical vision for the product suite, ensuring consistency across web and mobile platforms
- Collaborate with teams to establish UX principles, patterns, and guidelines tailored to HR and payroll users across different customer segments
- Guide teams in creating and evolving a unified design system with tokens, components, and documentation as the single source of truth
- Partner with teams to define and standardize front-end testing strategies, including unit, integration, visual regression, and accessibility testing
- Support Engineering Leads and Senior Engineers in front-end implementation decisions, mentoring and upskilling teams
- Drive technology selection for web and mobile frameworks, ensuring alignment with .NET backend ecosystems
Requirements
- 6+ years of software engineering experience with deep front-end and UX expertise, including leading technical initiatives across teams
- Proven experience leading UI/UX technical strategies across multiple product teams or a product suite
- Strong hands-on knowledge of modern front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue, Blazor) and mobile development strategies
- Experience leading or contributing to design systems and component libraries at an organizational level
- Strong understanding of front-end testing strategies, tooling, and automation (Jest, Playwright, Cypress, Storybook)
