Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-performance, globally scalable financial systems for the organization’s Payroll Portal
- Collaborate with Product and UX teams to create intuitive user experiences across web and mobile platforms
- Implement responsive designs that accommodate diverse user requirements and internationalization needs
- Instrument software with real user metrics to monitor performance, feature interaction, and fatal errors
- Address front-end security risks and ensure compliance with best practices
- Optimize front-end performance to enhance customer experience and system reliability
Requirements
- 2+ years of professional front-end development using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- 1+ year of experience with computer science fundamentals (object-oriented design, data structures, algorithms)
- Experience with JavaScript frameworks such as Angular or React
- Familiarity with TypeScript and Node.js is a plus
- Experience with agile development methodologies
