Role Description
We are seeking a Full Stack Product Builder to develop, implement, and maintain scalable AI systems, RAG, and agentic platforms. In this contract-based role, you'll work on designing and building robust full-stack solutions, integrating machine learning models, optimizing APIs, and ensuring seamless user experiences. The position is hybrid, requiring physical presence in our Chandigarh office with flexibility for remote work. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and contributing to innovative product development are core aspects of this role.
What you'll actually do:
- Build full stack applications (frontend + backend)
- Design APIs, data flow, and database architecture
- Work on agentic systems (multi-step logic, tool integrations, execution flows)
- Implement RAG pipelines (retrieval, embeddings, vector search)
- Use frameworks like LangChain (or similar)
- Deploy using Docker on a VPS (Linux environment)
- Manage code via GitHub (clean commits, structure)
- Debug real production issues
Tech expectations:
- Node.js / JavaScript (frontend + backend) or Python
- React / Next.js (or similar frontend framework)
- PostgreSQL / MongoDB
- Experience with RAG + embeddings + vector databases
- Hands-on with LangChain or similar frameworks
- Docker basics + VPS deployment

Minimum requirements (non-negotiable):
- 0–1 years experience (freshers only)
- At least 2 real full stack projects (live + GitHub)
