Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain full-stack applications using Ruby on Rails and modern frontend frameworks
- Design and optimize database schemas and API integrations for performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following Ruby and Rails conventions
- Debug and resolve complex technical issues across the stack
- Participate in agile development processes and code reviews
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in full-stack development with Ruby on Rails
- Proficiency in JavaScript, React, and modern frontend technologies
- Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, and RESTful APIs
- Familiarity with Docker and cloud deployment platforms
- Understanding of testing frameworks like RSpec and Jest
