Key Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality, error-free software solutions to ensure seamless user experiences and support business goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable digital products using modern coding practices
- Write, test, and debug code across multiple environments to maintain application reliability
- Provide production support, proactively identifying and resolving issues to minimize downtime

- Recommend and implement enhancements to optimize development workflows and user experience
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of full-stack development experience
- Proficiency in Ruby on Rails with strong JavaScript and jQuery skills
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and cross-browser compatibility
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
