D365 Techno-Functional Consultant
We are seeking a highly skilled D365 Techno-Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) and possess both technical and functional expertise to design, implement, and support D365 solutions. This role requires collaboration with business stakeholders, developers, and end-users to optimize business processes and ensure seamless integration of D365 applications.

Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven Business Development Manager to drive the growth of our ODOO ERP practice in India and the Middle East. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ERP ecosystems, proven experience in the B2B software sales cycle, and the ability to build strategic partnerships with mid-market and enterprise customers. This is a high-impact role with clear ownership of revenue targets, market expansion, and customer engagement in priority geographies.
- Revenue Target: USD 1 Million per annum
- Sales Commission: 3% of invoice value (in addition to fixed compensation)
Responsibilities
- Requirement Analysis: Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for D365 implementation and enhancements.
- Solution Design: Design scalable and efficient solutions using Dynamics 365 modules such as Finance & Operations (F&O), Customer Engagement (CE), or Business Central.
- Customization & Development: Develop customizations, workflows, reports, and integrations using Power Platform, X++, C#, and Azure services.
- Should have expertise for reading data from Bigquery like Data Lake services or Data warehouses.
- Configuration & Implementation: Configure D365 applications, security roles, and business processes to meet business needs.
- Integration Management: Ensure seamless integration with third-party applications, APIs, and Microsoft ecosystem tools.
- Testing & Deployment: Conduct system testing, troubleshoot issues, and support deployment activities.
- Training & Support: Provide user training and ongoing support to ensure optimal utilization of D365 solutions.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, customizations, and business processes.
- Security: Should have good knowledge of Extensible Data Security
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation and support.
- Strong expertise in D365 Finance & Operations, Customer Engagement, or Business Central modules.
- Hands-on experience with Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Proficiency in X++, JavaScript, C#, and SQL for D365 customizations and extensions.
- Experience with Azure services, GCP - Bigquery Integration, Logic Apps, and API integrations.
- Understanding of ERP/CRM processes, finance, supply chain, and sales modules.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical and functional issues.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (preferred but not mandatory).
Preferred Skills
- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines for D365 deployments.
- Familiarity with data migration tools and strategies in D365.
