We are looking for a rockstar Full Stack Python Developer to be the first critical hire for our AI-driven product team. This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of software engineering and artificial intelligence, helping build scalable, intuitive, and intelligent products from the ground up.
The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, brings deep hands-on expertise in Python (Flask) and React.js or Angular, and ideally has prior experience working in AI-focused companies or products.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable backend systems using Python & Flask.
- Build and maintain responsive front-end applications using React.js or Angular.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code with strong unit test coverage.
- Lead architectural discussions and contribute to product roadmap decisions.
Key Skills & Experience
- 6+ years of hands-on experience in software development.
- Strong proficiency in Python, with experience using Flask
- Deep understanding of front-end frameworks – React.js or Angular (React preferred).
- Solid experience in RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud-native development.
- Exposure or experience working on AI/ML-integrated products is a big plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science or a related field from a Tier-1 Institute.
- Demonstrated experience in early-stage startups or product-first companies.
- Strong communication, ownership mindset, and startup hustle.
