Head of Sales – US
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Head of Sales – US to lead our business development efforts across the US market. This is a leadership role that requires a strong track record of building client relationships, driving revenue growth, and leading high-performance sales teams.

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Head of Sales – US to lead our business development efforts across the US market. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in IT Staffing, with additional experience in IT Services sales being a strong advantage. This is a leadership role that requires a strong track record of building client relationships, driving revenue growth, and leading high-performance sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for IT Staffing and IT Services in the US market.
- Build and expand a strong network of client relationships, including Fortune 500 and mid-market companies.
- Lead and mentor a team of sales executives, setting performance goals and tracking KPIs.
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation, proposal development to deal closure.
- Partner closely with the delivery and recruitment teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project execution.
- Identify new market opportunities and continuously improve sales processes and positioning.
- Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
Requirements
- 15 years of experience in sales, with at least 8+ years in US IT Staffing
- Proven experience in selling IT Staffing services; experience in IT Services is a plus
- Strong understanding of the US market, client behavior, and industry trends
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage large accounts and enterprise-level client relationships
- Willingness to work during US business hours (EST/CST/PST)
- Leadership mindset with the ability to operate independently and drive results
