Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy advanced generative AI and agentic AI systems
- Lead technical strategy for AI model architectures and agent-based workflows
- Optimize AI models for performance, scalability, and real-world deployment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into products
- Research and implement cutting-edge techniques in AI alignment and autonomy
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to AI engineering best practices
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or related fields
- Expertise in generative AI models (LLMs, diffusion models, etc.) and agentic systems
- Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with AI frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow)
- Experience with NLP, reinforcement learning, or autonomous agent development
- Proven leadership in technical projects and team collaboration
