Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and iterate on prototypes for Generative and Agentic AI applications with speed and agility
- Implement, train, and fine-tune machine learning and deep learning models to solve complex business problems
- Develop and maintain clean, efficient, and scalable code for AI/ML systems with production-level quality
- Engineer and manage sophisticated data handling and preprocessing pipelines for high-quality training and inference
- Deploy AI applications in containerized environments using MLOps best practices, ensuring robust monitoring and scalability
- Monitor and research the latest AI/ML trends, present findings, and lead proof-of-concept projects
Requirements
- 5-8 years in product development or product management with a focus on AI/ML
- Strong Python programming skills with deep familiarity in AI-centric libraries (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn)
- Solid understanding and practical implementation of machine learning and deep learning models
- Experience with MLOps, containerized environments (e.g., OpenShift), and AI model deployment
- Ability to collaborate closely with senior engineers, architects, and product managers
