As a Ground Test Engineer/Principal Ground Test Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing ground test plans for complex systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement test plans, procedures, and protocols. You will also be responsible for analyzing test data, identifying trends, and making recommendations for process improvements.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in ground test engineering or a related field.
- Strong understanding of software development, machine learning, and cloud computing.
- Experience with Python, Node.js, and AWS.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
