Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and analyze A/B tests to optimize product performance and user engagement
- Develop scalable infrastructure for tracking, analyzing, and acting on product metrics
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to identify growth opportunities
- Build and maintain dashboards for real-time performance monitoring and decision-making
- Automate data collection and reporting processes to improve efficiency
- Conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover insights and drive data-informed decisions
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in growth engineering, data analysis, or similar quantitative roles
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker)
- Strong understanding of statistical methods and experiment design principles
- Experience with A/B testing frameworks and tools (e.g., Optimizely, Google Optimize)
- Ability to translate data insights into actionable product improvements
