We are seeking a highly skilled GTM Engineer - CX to join our team. As a GTM Engineer - CX, you will be responsible for developing and implementing customer experience strategies that drive business growth and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy customer-facing applications and services that leverage cutting-edge technologies such as Python, Node.js, Machine Learning, and AWS.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop customer-facing applications and services using Python, Node.js, and AWS.
  • Implement Machine Learning algorithms to improve customer experience and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify customer needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base for customer-facing applications and services.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend new solutions and approaches.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in software development and customer experience strategy.
  • Strong technical skills in Python, Node.js, Machine Learning, and AWS.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control systems such as Git.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
