As a Guidance Navigation Control Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing guidance, navigation, and control systems for complex aerospace and defense applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate systems and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop guidance, navigation, and control systems using Python, C++, and MATLAB.
- Develop and implement Model-Based Design (MBD) using Simulink to model and simulate complex systems.
- Collaborate with systems engineers to integrate guidance, navigation, and control systems with other system components.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and technical reports.
- Participate in design reviews and technical meetings to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- BS or MS in Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in guidance, navigation, and control systems development.
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and MATLAB programming languages.
- Experience with Model-Based Design (MBD) using Simulink.
- Strong understanding of systems engineering principles and practices.
