Job Description
Our Business Consultants are the link between the AI71 ecosystem and our clients. They dive deep into client operations, figure out their challenges, and recommend AI solutions that make a real impact on their bottom line. As our Director of Solutions Consulting at AI71, you will play a critical role in shaping and delivering innovative solutions that redefine industries and create transformative impact.
What You'll Do
- Bridge the gap between client requirements and technical implementation of AI projects.
- Lead a cross-functional team to deliver end-to-end AI solutions within scope, budget, and timeline.
- Collaborate with business consultants to translate client needs into technical specifications.
- Oversee project management, ensuring effective communication and client satisfaction.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams, to foster collaboration and drive successful project outcomes.
- Conduct regular evaluations of emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure the incorporation of cutting-edge advancements into project strategies.
- Lead the identification and pursuit of new business opportunities, working closely with the sales and business development teams to expand the AI solutions portfolio.
What You'll Bring
- 10+ years of experience in technology, healthcare, education, or legal sectors.
- Proven experience in managing and delivering AI and technology projects.
- Previous consulting experience – preferably from a MBB (McKinsey, BCG, Bain) firm (non-negotiable).
- Strong leadership and project management skills, with a track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams to deliver complex solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Technical background in AI or a related field, with a deep understanding of AI technologies, methodologies, and best practices.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant discipline, with a focus on business, technology, or a related field.
