About the Role
House of Creasip is seeking a highly driven AI Head to lead artificial intelligence initiatives and build smart, scalable systems that improve operations, marketing, and creator workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute AI strategy across the organization.
- Build AI-driven workflows for influencer marketing, content operations, and reporting.
- Automate manual processes using AI tools, APIs, and no-code/low-code platforms.
- Work closely with marketing, operations, and content teams to integrate AI into daily work.
- Identify new AI tools and implement them for productivity and scale.
- Train internal teams on AI adoption and best practices.
- Monitor AI performance and continuously optimize systems.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with AI tools like ChatGPT, automation tools, and AI workflows.
- Understanding of prompt engineering, AI agents, and integrations.
- Knowledge of Google Sheets automation, Zapier/Make, APIs, and no-code tools.
- Ability to convert manual workflows into AI-powered systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and execution mindset.
- Prior agency experience is mandatory.
- Experience in influencer marketing or the creator economy is a plus.
Eligibility
- Immediate joiner preferred.
- Must be based in Delhi.
- Must have a personal working laptop.
- Prior experience in AI implementation or automation roles preferred.
