This role involves leading, impacting, and growing a data science team. The ideal candidate will possess strong management and business intelligence expertise.
Requirements and Responsibilities
- Experience leading and mentoring Data Science/ML Ops teams, preferably in the IT sector.
- Expertise in Data Modelling, Business Strategy, Analytic, and Reporting systems.
- Proven ability to collaborate with Senior Management, Directors, and Team Leads.
- Previous experience in the recruitment process and development of teams is desirable.
- Required to work closely with the marketing team to ensure commercial strategies are upheld.
