Key Responsibilities
- Establish and lead quality engineering practices across the organization
- Design and implement comprehensive test automation frameworks
- Define quality metrics and KPIs to measure software reliability
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines
- Lead performance testing and security vulnerability assessments
- Mentor QA engineers and promote quality-first culture
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in quality engineering and test automation
- Expertise in Python and AWS services for testing infrastructure
- Strong background in performance testing and security testing
- Experience with test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, etc.)
- Proven leadership in building and scaling QA teams
