As the Head of Solutions Architecture at cohere, you will lead a team of experienced architects to design and implement scalable solutions that meet the needs of our customers. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining a deep understanding of our products and services, as well as staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Solutions Architects to design and implement solutions that meet customer needs.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, as well as industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Product, and Sales, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Develop and maintain a portfolio of solutions that demonstrate the value of our products and services.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in a Solutions Architecture or similar role.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing scalable solutions that meet customer needs.
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Python, Node.js, Machine Learning, and AWS.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team of experienced architects.
