As the Head of Systems Operations at openai, you will be responsible for leading a team of systems engineers to design, implement, and operate large-scale systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the high availability and scalability of our systems, and drive the adoption of best practices and automation tools. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve system reliability, performance, and security.
