Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Proven track record of success in attracting and hiring top technical talent.
  • Strong understanding of the technical landscape and the ability to communicate technical requirements to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and the recruitment team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
