A Training Manager is responsible for assessing training needs, developing action plans, and supporting operations effectiveness at all site levels. This position focuses on diagnosing issues, enhancing managerial capabilities, and applying action-driven training solutions to elevate performance. Additionally, the Training Manager implements newly developed training initiatives in partnership with the Learning and Development (L&D) team and serves as a subject matter expert (SME) on MasterCorp best practices. This position reports to Resort Operations Divisional Leadership and will function as a strategic partner to field teams, contributing to the broader organizational talent development and operational goals.

  • Utilize learning technologies to measure and enhance the effectiveness of training initiatives and track learning completion.
  • .Apply advanced methods to measure training effectiveness and recommend refinements based on site-specific feedback.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to site leaders to create and executie operations action plans that enhance site effectiveness. In partnership with HR Business Partners (HRBP’s), ensure alignment and consistency in leadership development strategies to support sustained training outcomes and operations goals to drive operations excellence.
