Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Support
Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals and social media.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates as per job requirements.
Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate database and update recruitment trackers.
Support in campus hiring and internship drives.
2. Onboarding & Documentation
Assist in preparing offer letters and internship letters.
Collect and verify employee documents.
Support onboarding process and employee orientation.
Maintain employee records and HR files.
3. HR Operations & Administration
Update employee data in HRMS/Excel sheets.
Support attendance and leave management.
Assist in payroll data preparation (if required).
Help in maintaining HR policies and compliance documentation.
4. Employee Engagement
Support in organizing team activities and engagement programs.
Assist in birthday/anniversary communications.
Collect feedback through surveys and forms.
5. HR Reporting & Coordination
Prepare basic HR reports and dashboards.
Coordinate with different departments for HR-related activities.
Support in performance review documentation.
