As an IMS OU Property and Asset Management Analyst (Level 2 or 3), you will be responsible for analyzing and managing property and asset data to support business decisions. You will work closely with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions to improve property and asset management processes. Key Responsibilities include:
- Develop and maintain property and asset databases and reports using SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
- Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and insights that inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions to improve property and asset management processes.
- Develop and implement data-driven solutions to improve property and asset management processes.
- Provide data analysis and reporting to support business decisions.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a property and asset management role or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and analyze complex data.
- Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
