As an Industrial Engineer II, you will be responsible for designing and improving manufacturing processes and systems to increase efficiency and productivity. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze and optimize production processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to meet business objectives. This role requires a strong understanding of industrial engineering principles, manufacturing systems, and lean manufacturing techniques. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing process improvements, conducting cost-benefit analyses, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial engineering, manufacturing systems, and lean manufacturing, with experience in Python programming and AWS. Additionally, experience with machine learning and data analysis is a plus.
