We are seeking an experienced Infor Syteline Technical Consultant with 7+ years of hands-on experience in Infor Syteline ERP, specifically Version 10. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in customization, development, integration, and support activities within the Syteline environment.
Chinese language proficiency (speaking, reading, and writing) is mandatory, as the role requires regular interaction with Chinese-speaking stakeholders, users, and business teams.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, customize, and support solutions within Infor Syteline Version 10.
Configure and customize forms, IDOs, workflows, application events, and business logic.
Develop and maintain integrations between Syteline ERP and external applications using APIs, web services, and middleware tools.
Create, optimize, and troubleshoot SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and database objects.
Develop SSRS reports, dashboards, and custom reports as per business requirements.
Collaborate with functional consultants, business users, and global stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.
Support ERP implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and production support activities.
Troubleshoot system issues and ensure optimal application performance.
Prepare technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer to support teams.
Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices.
Required Skills
7+ years of overall ERP technical consulting experience.
Strong hands-on experience with Infor Syteline ERP Version 10.
