Responsibility
- Technical Support: Assist senior engineers in infrastructure tasks, often using remote access tools.
- Basic Monitoring: Monitor lower-level system aspects, using basic dashboard tools like Grafana.
- Assistance: Help in documenting system configurations and procedures.
- Alert Management: Handle basic alerts, usually generated by tools.
- Learning and Training: Continue to learn about DevOps tools and best practices.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, Computer Software, Computer Engineering or related fields
- At least 1 years of working experience in a DevOps Engineer or related fields
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes will be advantage
- Experience with automation tools. (e.g. ansible, terraform, Jenkins)
- Experience with monitoring tools (e.g. Prometheus, Grafana, Kibana, Zabbix)
- Knowledge of various scripts. (e.g. shell script, perl script, etc.)
- Knowledge of distributed data systems (e.g. Elasticsearch, logstash, Kafka)
- Knowledge of SQL and Non-SQL tools and languages (e.g. MariaDB, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis)
