Key Responsibilities
- Convert AI-generated prototypes into scalable production-ready code using modern full stack tools
- Develop and maintain features while ensuring clean, modular, and maintainable code quality
- Debug and resolve performance issues in existing web development projects
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to clarify task requirements and deliverables
- Document progress and updates in sprint boards to track completion metrics
- Maintain a strong sprint completion score by delivering tasks on time and reducing carry-forward work
Requirements
- Minimum 3 completed full stack development projects (personal, freelance, or internship)
- Proficiency in Next.js, Supabase, and Cloudflare with Firebase knowledge as a plus
- Experience using AI coding tools like Claude, Codex, or Lovable
- Understanding of scalable architecture and deployment basics
- Strong debugging mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
