Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware/software issues
- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers and networks
- Install, configure, and upgrade system software and applications
- Monitor system performance and ensure uptime and security
- Assist in the implementation of IT policies and procedures
- Train end-users on new technologies and best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in IT support or system administration
- Certifications in networking (e.g., CCNA) or cybersecurity are a plus
- Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux) and networking protocols
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
