Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and endpoints
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot hardware/software issues
- Implement and enforce cybersecurity policies and best practices
- Manage cloud services and ensure data backup and recovery procedures
- Provide technical support to end-users and resolve IT-related incidents
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware/software procurement and upgrades
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in IT support or system administration
- Certifications in networking (e.g., CCNA) or cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) are a plus
- Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux) and virtualization tools
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
