Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain IT infrastructure and systems

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 3+ years of experience in IT support or engineering roles
- Proficiency in network administration and troubleshooting tools
- Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux) and virtualization
- Strong communication and customer service skills
