Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain IT infrastructure and systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems across multiple platforms
- Monitor system performance and ensure uptime and security
- Assist in the deployment and management of cloud services
- Document IT processes and maintain inventory records
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in IT support or system administration
- Certifications in networking (e.g., CompTIA Network+) or systems (e.g., Microsoft Certified) are a plus
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Familiarity with Windows/Linux environments and virtualization tools
