Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in IT support or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Active Directory.
- Experience with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
