Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and architecture of scalable Java-SpringBoot microservices
- Mentor and guide a team of backend engineers on best practices and modern development techniques
- Optimize API performance and ensure high availability of distributed systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical roadmaps and deliver high-impact solutions
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and enforce coding standards across the engineering team

Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Java and Spring Boot development
- Proven track record in leading technical teams and delivering complex backend systems
- Strong expertise in microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and cloud platforms
- Hands-on experience with system design, performance tuning, and scalability solutions
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, containerization, and cloud-native development
