About the Role
As a Lead Forward-Deployed Engineer for AI Solutions, you will tackle complex enterprise deployments, guiding them from initial ambiguity to successful production. You will directly engage with strategic customers and internal teams to grasp business objectives, technical constraints, data realities, delivery risks, and key success metrics. These insights will be translated into a clear technical strategy that accelerates deployment and maximizes value realization.
Responsibilities
Build What Standard Implementation Cannot Cover
You will design, build, and deliver production-quality solutions essential for intricate deployments, including:
- Data ingestion and transformation utilities
- Integrations with ERP, Snowflake, Databricks, APIs, and other external systems
- Workflow automations
- Extensions for agentic AI deployments
- Customer-specific tools for data validation and enrichment
- Lightweight services or applications supporting go-live readiness
- Repeatable accelerators for future enterprise deployments
Enable Agentic AI Deployments in Real Enterprise Environments
You will assist customers in deploying and operationalizing Resilinc’s agentic capabilities across various use cases such as disruption intelligence, tariff risk, forced labor compliance, supplier risk, multi-tier mapping, and event-driven workflows. Your role will bridge the gap between the platform’s agentic capabilities and each customer’s unique data, processes, governance, and operating model.
Create Solutions That Are Fast to Deliver and Safe to Inherit
You will enforce strong engineering discipline for all deliverables, encompassing:
- Clean code
- Testing
- Documentation
- Security considerations
- Logging and observability
- Deployment readiness
- Operational handoff
- Supportability
The goal extends beyond solving immediate customer problems; it's about solving them in a manner that allows other teams to understand, operate, and enhance the solutions.
Reduce Friction for High-Complexity Accounts
You will work on the most demanding deployments where standard approaches are insufficient. Your efforts will help unblock go-lives, stabilize early production usage, mitigate escalation risks, and accelerate measurable customer outcomes.
Turn Customer-Specific Work into Product and Platform Insight
You will identify recurring patterns across enterprise deployments, distinguishing true one-off customizations from broader market needs. Clear, actionable recommendations will be fed back to Product and Engineering, enabling Resilinc to convert repeated customer needs into reusable platform capabilities.
Help Define How Forward-Deployed Engineering Scales
You will contribute to the operating model, standards, tooling, reusable templates, engagement rules, and handoff practices for this evolving function, aiming to create leverage rather than relying on heroics.
