About the Role
As a Lead Forward-Deployed Engineer, you will be instrumental in guiding complex enterprise deployments from initial ambiguity to successful production. You will collaborate directly with strategic customers and internal teams to grasp business objectives, technical limitations, data realities, delivery risks, and key success metrics. These insights will be crucial in formulating clear technical strategies that accelerate deployment and value realization.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deliver production-quality solutions for intricate deployments, including data ingestion and transformation utilities, integrations with ERP, Snowflake, Databricks, APIs, and external systems, workflow automations, agentic AI deployment extensions, customer-specific data validation and enrichment tools, and lightweight services/applications to support go-live readiness.
- Enable the deployment and operationalization of Resilinc’s agentic capabilities across various use cases such as disruption intelligence, tariff risk, forced labor compliance, supplier risk, multi-tier mapping, and event-driven workflows.
- Bridge the gap between the platform’s agentic capabilities and each customer’s real-world data, processes, governance, and operating model.
- Establish strong engineering discipline, including clean code, testing, documentation, security considerations, logging, observability, deployment readiness, operational handoff, and supportability.
- Work on the most demanding deployments where standard playbooks are insufficient, helping to unblock go-lives, stabilize early production usage, reduce escalation risk, and accelerate measurable customer outcomes.
- Identify repeated patterns across enterprise deployments to distinguish true one-off customizations from broader market needs. Provide clear, actionable recommendations to Product and Engineering to convert customer needs into reusable platform capabilities.
- Contribute to defining the operating model, standards, tooling, reusable templates, engagement rules, and handoff practices for this new function.

- General pre-sales demonstrations
- One-off hero work without documentation or handoff
