KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead Research & List Building

Conduct in-depth market research to identify Ideal Client Profiles (ICP) in eCommerce, retail, logistics, healthcare, manufacturing, and other high-growth sectors.

Build and maintain enriched lead databases in HubSpot (or similar CRM) with accurate contact details, firmographics, and intent signals.

Outbound Prospecting

Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns via LinkedIn, email, and phone to generate initial interest.

Qualify leads using the BANT framework and schedule discovery calls for the sales team.

Talent Pipeline Support

Identify and engage high-caliber tech candidates (developers, AI engineers, cloud architects) through LinkedIn, GitHub, and professional communities to grow our private talent marketplace.

Campaign Execution & Analytics

Assist in running targeted campaigns using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Hunter.io, or similar platforms.

Track and report weekly on key metrics: response rates, meetings booked, and conversion rates.

Data Hygiene & Process Improvement

Ensure all lead data is accurate, GDPR/CCPA-compliant, and continuously enriched.

Suggest process optimisations and new tools to improve lead quality and velocity.

REQUIREMENTS

Experience & Education

0–2 years of experience in lead generation, inside sales, business development, recruitment sourcing, or virtual assistance. Freshers with strong research skills and internship experience are encouraged to apply.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (preferred).

Skills & Competencies

Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Hunter.io, or comparable lead-gen tools.

Strong research and data-mining skills (Google, ZoomInfo, Clearbit, etc.).

Excellent written and verbal communication in English, with the ability to craft personalised, compelling outreach messages.

Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce) and basic Excel / Google Sheets.

Understanding of the tech/digital transformation landscape (eCommerce, AI, Cloud) is a strong advantage.

Self-starter with high ownership, attention to detail, and comfort working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
