The Lead Generation Laboratory is hiring an analyst to power Cerity Partners’ data-driven prospecting engine. This team sits at the heart of the firm’s growth strategy — translating raw market signals, enrichment data, and internal relationship intelligence into high-quality, actionable leads for the Capital Solutions and Practice Development teams. Sitting within our Operations organization, the analyst will work closely with the Concierge Desk, Capital Solutions, and practice-specific business development contacts.

Primary Responsibilities:

Signal Sourcing & New Lead Generation

Monitor SEC Form 4 and Form 144 filings, M&A transaction announcements, and property records for liquidity events and wealth-generating triggers

Convert cold signal-based leads into warm opportunities by identifying relationship paths, enriching contact data, and flagging institutional connections

Respond to PDO- and Practice-specific targeting requests (e.g., “business owners within 30 miles of Chicago with $3M+ investable assets”) with researched, scored lead lists

Deliver weekly scored lead batches to the Concierge Desk, complete with outreach recommendations and supporting data

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required

1–4 years of experience in financial services, wealth management research, investment banking, data analysis, or a related field

Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms; comfort working with structured data

Deep expertise in efficiency and process optimization through AI tools

Preferred Qualifications

Understanding of SEC filings (Form 4, Form 144) or M&A processes

Experience with financial data tools: Equilar, Windfall, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, FinSearch, Aidentified, or similar

Skills and Competencies:

Strong research instinct
