Key Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams to integrate new semiconductor processes into manufacturing flows
- Develop and optimize process integration strategies for quantum hardware components
- Analyze yield data and implement corrective actions for process improvements
- Design and execute Design of Experiments (DOE) to characterize process parameters
- Collaborate with equipment and materials suppliers to resolve process issues
- Mentor junior engineers and coordinate with manufacturing teams
Requirements
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in semiconductor process integration
- Strong background in yield analysis and process optimization
- Proficiency in Python for data analysis and process modeling
- Experience with metrology tools and semiconductor fabrication equipment
