The Role
As the Founding Product Manager for Agentic Personalization, you will define and launch Hightouch's next major investment. This is a high-visibility role working directly with the founders and executive team.
- Customer discovery: Engage deeply with product and growth teams at enterprise companies to understand current personalization challenges and build a revenue-driven roadmap.
- Define the agent experience: Design the autonomous capabilities of agents (segments, variants, experiments, traffic allocation) versus human approval touchpoints, establishing a trust-building feedback loop.
- Scale the GTM: Co-own pipeline, participate in customer calls, shape competitive positioning, and partner with Customer Success on implementation playbooks.
What We're Looking For
- Zero-to-one track record: Proven experience building products from conception to significant revenue, ideally within a B2B SaaS environment, demonstrating ability to find product-market fit under uncertainty.
- Technical depth: Ability to evaluate architectural tradeoffs, engage in infrastructure discussions with senior engineers, and reason about technical concepts like batch vs. real-time processing and caching strategies from a product perspective.
- Commercial instinct: A mindset geared towards pipeline generation, conversion optimization, and expansion, with the ability to construct roadmaps that align with revenue targets.
- Speed: Thrive in a fast-paced, autonomous environment with tight cycles, leveraging AI in your own workflows.
- Cross-functional trust: Capable of driving clarity amidst ambiguity across engineering, design, sales, customer success, and leadership teams.
