About The Role
As the Lead Product Manager for the USA, you will be in the unique position to directly impact the lives of our patients and their families. This role requires both empathy and commercial intelligence to drive innovation and technology development. Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, you will set and help execute the product strategy for the US market. You will collaborate with dynamic development and cross-functional teams, including Project Management, Commercial, Marketing, and other functions, to bring products to life. You are expected to be a respected leader and team player with passion and enthusiasm to drive the future direction of our products from concept through to delivery. Success in this role requires demonstrating that you are a self-starter, detail-oriented, and results-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced team environment. You will be a key driver in creating the vision and product definition for a collaborative development team.
What You'll Do
- Develop an intuitive understanding of user and customer needs in the US, and articulate our product value accordingly.
- Identify market opportunities and generate new product ideas that deliver commercial value for the business.
- Apply strategic frameworks/tools to develop recommendations for action to complex problems.
- Design and execute experiments to test product-market-fit.
- Drive market research efforts and inform the organisation of market trends and actionable insights.
- Translate our strategy into a roadmap of features and requirements.
- Scope and prioritise features informed by business impact, cost, and feasibility.
- Communicate product feature roadmaps, priorities, experiments, and decisions clearly across a wide spectrum of audiences from internal teams to external stakeholders.
- Help inform and prioritize evidence-generation activities.
- Plan and execute product launch activities to maximize product value.
- Leverage customer and commercial feedback channels to shape our roadmap.
What We're Looking For
- Significant experience in a similar role within the medical device industry, ideally in medical imaging.
- Outstanding communication skills and ability to successfully collaborate with multiple stakeholders across the technical and commercial parts of a business.
- Natural ability to emphasize with end-users to determine their true needs and solutions to meet our customers’ challenges.
- Highly proactive with excellent problem-solving skills.
Nice To Have (but Not Essential)
- Experience in medical imaging.
- Experience as a product manager of AI driven products.
- Knowledge and expertise in areas related to AI Health.
