Key Responsibilities
- Orchestrate AI-driven development workflows using tools like Claude Code, Codex, and Cursor to rapidly rebuild and evolve existing products
- Translate product requirements into clear, spec-driven development workflows and AI system instructions
- Mentor engineers across R&D on AI-native development practices and distill learnings into reusable patterns
- Own end-to-end delivery from AI-generated implementation to automated validation and production rollout
- Design robust, testable systems that maintain high internal coherence even when generated via AI tools
- Continuously refine workflows for spec-driven development, agentic engineering, and AI-driven QA
Requirements
- 7+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on AI-native development
- Proficiency in AI-native toolchains (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor) and agentic engineering practices
- Strong system design skills with experience building scalable, maintainable systems
- Ability to mentor engineers and document patterns for broader adoption
- Experience with adversarial verification techniques to surface edge cases and failure modes
