Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice and guidance on cybersecurity and data protection matters.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate cybersecurity risks.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and developments in cybersecurity and data protection.
- Provide training and education to employees on cybersecurity and data protection best practices.
Requirements
- JD or LL.B degree from an accredited institution.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a legal role, with a focus on cybersecurity and data protection.
- Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, including GDPR and HIPAA.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
