About the Role
Insight Global is seeking an AI/LLM Engineer to join a global consulting firm, working remotely from India. This position will support various Digital Products Teams within the AI Center of Excellence, contributing to the development of key prioritized Generative AI solutions aligned with the functional AI/Gen AI vision.
Responsibilities
- Support building key prioritized Generative AI solutions.
- Drive end-to-end design, development & deployment of Gen AI solutions at scale.
- Fine-tune large language models (LLMs) to meet specific Generative AI business outcomes.
- Work cross-functionally and collaborate with executives.
Required Skills and Experience
- Overall 7+ years of experience in technology, software engineering or data science/ML.
- 5+ years of hands-on coding experience in Python development.
- 2+ years of experience in building Generative AI products at scale.
- Strong experience in developing Generative AI based solutions using frameworks such as Langchain, Llamaindex to build Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), and multi-agent architectures driven solutions (e.g., Langgraph, AutoGen, Crew.ai, Agent SDK).
- Expertise in Gen AI development, including Multi agentic architecture, Agents orchestration, RAG, LLM evaluations, and APIs development.
- Excellent communication skills and professionalism are a must.
