About the Role
This is a permanent, remote position within a startup environment, focusing on Full-Stack Engineering with a strong affinity for Large Language Models (LLMs).
Requirements and Responsibilities
Technical Skills:
- Programming languages: Python.
- Frontend: React.
- Backend: Django, FastAPI/Flask.
- Experience running LLMs and associated tools.
- Running open-source models such as LLama, Mistral on GPU-powered VMs.
- Fine-tuning foundational models such as the above.
- RAG search.
- Experience using LLMs to solve business challenges.
- System Environment: Debian machines.
Responsibilities:
- Developing new features and fixing bugs on our LLM stack.
- Research and Development on our LLM stack.
- Improving system reliability for our LLM infrastructure.
- Automating manual tasks.
- Server management.
Project Management:
- Methodology: Kanban.
- Approach: Flexible and adaptive to process improvements.
Experience:
- At least 8 years as a full-stack developer, having brought multiple projects successfully to market in a senior or leadership role.
- 1 year of experience working with LLMs.
