About the Role
We are looking for a Machine Learning Scientist (LLM & Agents) to join the Enterprise Solution Science Team. This team focuses on applying cutting-edge ML technologies to real-world marketing problems by combining them with omnichannel customer data. In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end development, from problem definition to driving model deployment into production.
What You’ll Work On
- You will contribute to the design, development, and productionization of one or more enterprise AI agents, including:
- Marketing Agent: Empower marketers to improve conversion rates and drive revenue growth.
- Strategy Agent: Transform raw data into actionable, revenue-driving strategies, and high-potential audience segments.
- Sales and Service Agent: Drive sales conversion, increase average order value (AOV), deepen brand engagement and customer loyalty through real-time, 24/7 AI-powered support.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate product requirements into well-defined machine learning problems
- Work with ML engineers to deploy models into production environments
- Conduct offline and online evaluation, monitoring, and continuous optimization after deployment
- Stay up to date with the latest research and proactively propose innovative applications
What We’re Looking For (Minimum)
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, or related fields
- Experience in machine learning, LLM, or software engineering through research, internships, projects, or industry work
- Experience or strong interest in LLM / agentic application development, including:
- Skills / tools / function calling
- AI Protocol (MCP / A2A)
- Workflow orchestration
- Benchmark evaluation
- Strong mindset with analytical and problem-solving skills, and passion for learning cutting-edge technologies
- Familiarity with AI-powered development tools such as: Claude Code, OpenAI Codex / Codex CLI, Cursor, Windsurf, GitHub Copilot
What We’re Looking For (Preferred)
- Strong focus on quantitative metrics and systematic evaluation
- Industry experience in MarTech and passion for building customer-centric products
- Familiarity with agentic product development concepts such as:
- Context engineering
- Harness engineering
- Evaluation / testing workflows
- Human-in-the-loop workflows
